You gotta practice what you preach, right? So, I wanted to share what I actually wore to school and work last week as a 20-year-old full-time student and part-time worker.
Monday:

Sweater from H&M, skirt from derbecca.com, shoes from Converse!
Mondays consist of three classes back to back and then two hours in the office. I find it easiest to just wear my work clothes all day on Mondays for convenience. However, since this skirt is a bit shorter than what I would normally be comfortable wearing to work, I paired it with some opaque black tights to keep my legs covered. They also helped with the chill as the weather starts to change!
Tuesday:

Jeans from H&M, turtleneck from Calvin Klein, sweater vest from Shein, and shoes from Steve Madden!
This is a classic school-to-work outfit for me, and yet here I am wearing it on a work-all-day day. My 11am to 7pm shift on Tuesdays is always packed full of both meetings and deskwork, so I know I can grab my loafers without them making my feet hurt. I don't know what it is about Steve Madden, but these things are NOT as comfortable as I expected! Don't get me wrong, I still love them. These six year old jeans help with the comfort of the day.
Wednesday:

Trousers from Express, shirt from CuddlDuds, and shoes from Steve Madden.
Wednesdays for me consist of a single three hour class and a short four hour shift at work. This pant and shoe combo is one of my favorites (can you see the houndstooth print?). But I do have to admit, I prefer wearing this long sleeve shirt underneath one of my favorite tees. It doesn't look horrible, but I prefer it as a layer for sure. I threw a work jacket on over this and I blended into the office perfectly!
Thursday:

Jeans from Hollister, shoes from Vans, shirt is a hand-me-down from my big!
Hear me out. Thursdays are the only days I dress like a "typical" college student. So, naturally, I grab a sorority tee and my favorite shredded jeans. Because of my position at work, I can wear college merchandise but not sorority merch, which I totally understand. It just means I take advantage of my days out of the office to rep my org!
Friday:

Pants from Express, shoes from Vans, and shirt from work!
Now THIS is my 9-to-5 Uniform. Dark pants and a navy blue work polo is our default for presentations, of which I had multiple on this specific Friday. I know I am lucky to be able to wear Vans sneakers to work, so I take advantage of it as much as I can. These pants are a personal favorite that I've owned since high school. I'm truly glad that this photo does not show off how faded these are now, because they really need some TLC.
I know I talk a lot on here about goth working styles so I wanted to share my actual day-to-day outfits I pick out for work. And, I'd like to throw in some credit to my roommate/best friend/sorority sister/manager Mackenzie for constantly helping me pick out my clothes for the next day!
